Fundraising Success for Neurodivergent Kids with Homemade Bento Boxes and Crafts

At Kids Empower Kids, we believe in creating meaningful change, and once again, we set out to raise funds to support neurodivergent children in our community. This time, we took a fresh approach, combining homemade meals and handmade crafts to bring together flavors and creativity for a worthy cause.

Bento Boxes: A Delicious Treat for a Good Cause

Our signature bento boxes were a hit! Each box was filled with homemade dishes, crafted with love and care:

• Cauliflower and Potato: A warm, savory blend of spices that brought a comforting taste of home.

• Garbanzo Beans: Packed with flavor and protein, this healthy dish was a fan favorite.

• Lentil and Rice: A classic, hearty dish that offered nourishment and deliciousness in every bite.

Our team worked hard to prepare these meals from scratch, making sure each bento box was a perfect balance of flavor and nutrition. People loved the idea of grabbing a wholesome, homemade meal while contributing to a great cause.

Handmade Crafts: A Creative Touch

Alongside the bento boxes, we also featured an array of handmade crafts:

• Headbands and Earrings: Beautifully crafted accessories, each one unique, made by us

• Keychains and Bracelets: Fun, colorful, and perfect for gifts or a personal keepsake.

These handmade items added a personal touch to the fundraiser, allowing people to walk away not only with a delicious meal but also with a piece of art they could cherish.
